Originally it was set for this Thursday, June 24th, it has now been switched to Tuesday, June 29th in Karlstad. There will be 2 Pee Wee players selected and 2 Midget players selected for this game, coaches will let you know who is going. With that, the Bantams (K-2nd) will now practice on Thursday, June 24th and that will be the last day of Bantams for the summer. There will be NO Bantams practice on Tuesday, June 29th. Summer Rec Games start today!! Small Fries play at 9:00 am, Pee Wees and Midgets to follow. Today (6/15) is a home game vs Lancaster. Tomorrow (6/16) game at Greenbush bus leaves at 8:00am at the High School Thursday's (6/17) game is at Middle River with the bus leaving the MCC High School at 8:15am Good luck to all players and coaches! #gofreeze

MCC Community Education is sponsoring spring Youth Tackle Football. Registrations went home with MCC and Tri-County grade 4-6 students last week. Step 1: Complete the MN ATV Rider’s Safety Class online: http://www.atvcourse.com/usa/minnesota/ (the fee for the online course $24.95) Step 2: Attend a Hands-On class, which is what will be happening on Sunday April 11th, 2021 (no fee) Step 3:After students pass both the online course and Hands-On class they will need to print their ATV Safety Certificate at the DNR website, DNR fee is $10.00. Date: Sunday April 11th, 2021 Time: 2 PM County: Marshall Location: Newfolden Requirements: Ages 11 to 15 are eligible, due to demand we are not able to certify under the age of 11. Class Size is limited to 20 students, they must pre-register. Please bring completed and passed on-line ATV Safety Certificate, helmet, gloves, eye protection - if open face helmet. MCC Community Education: New You, New Year, Biggest Loser Challenge MCC Community Education is sponsoring a community Facebook Group titled: New You, New Year, Biggest Loser Challenge. Participants need to have a Facebook Account, weigh in weekly, utilize a spreadsheet to self monitor weight each week, share percentage gained/lost each week, and engage in sharing what is working to support other members of the group. Your personal weight is private and will not need to be shared with anyone. This group settings will be private. You must agree to keep comments positive and encouraging. The challenge will run from January 4 - February 26th. There is no cost to join this group. If you are interested send a Facebook Message to Kayla Nelson or Jeffrey Lund and they will send you an invitation to join the group.
