Buildings and Grounds Supervisor

Marshall County Central Schools is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as Building and Grounds Supervisor. This is a full-time, year-round position offering an excellent benefits package, including health care, vacation, personal time, PERA retirement, sick time, and clothing allowance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous maintenance/custodial experience

  • Experience in staff management

  • Minnesota Boilers License class 1-C preferred

Responsibilities:

As Buildings and Grounds Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of our facilities and grounds, managing custodial staff, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our students and staff.

Position will periodically rotate other staff members between cleaning work on day shift/evening shift during the school year. Summer hours are day shift. Preference given to applicants with previous cleaning/custodial experience/boilers license or applicants with or willing to work towards certification. Industrial Technology Teacher - Full Time 2024-2025

Marshall County Central Schools is seeking an Industrial Technology Teacher for the 2024-2025 School Year. Preferred applicants would have a teaching license in Industrial Technology, Construction Careers, Manufacturing Careers, or Agriculture Education. Persons with a teaching license in another area, four year degree, person with a professional certificate, or person with 5 years relevant work experience in related fields are also welcome to apply.
