Pre-Bid Meeting for contractors on February 14 at 10:00 am at MCC High School. Please meet in the front commons area.
Bids for Viking Elementary portion of project are due by 2:00 p.m. on February 28. Bids will be open via Zoom at 2:00 p.m. We will utilize the Health Room at the high school to host this if public is interested in attending.

FYI: Children’s Dental Services (CDS) will continue to provide monthly dental clinics at the Polk County Public Health Crookston and East Grand Forks offices. Our next clinics are scheduled for:
January 23 and 24 in our Crookston office | 10 am – 4 pm
February 21 and 22 in our East Grand Forks office | 10 am – 4 pm
Children’s Dental Services provides care to people of ALL AGES regardless of income level.
CDS accepts Medical Assistance and offers an income-based sliding scale for income eligible families.

Community Ed Youth Dance performed at halftime of the games last night! It was fun to see the students efforts and they performed well. This is the K-2 group. Thank you to the kids and coach Angie Waterworth for all their hard work.

Mathematics Position Opening
MCC High School has a Mathematics teacher opening for the 2023-2024 school year. Position has an algebra emphasis working with students in grades 7, 8, and 10.
Ideally we are looking for a licensed math teacher but would accept applicants from other teaching areas or others with college degree and career background in a math related field.
MCC Schools prides itself in our small class sizes and wide range of elective and activity options available to our students. Our district’s math and science department is also supported by the Dahl-Scott Scholarship Endowment which supplies scholarships to students and grants to teachers in the science, mathematics, and technology fields. We provide mentorship and also support staff development opportunities for our teachers.

We are seeking a teacher to help us with Title I services for grades 3-6 at our Newfolden Elementary School from February 11 through the remainder of the school year. This position works with 3-5 students at a time helping them build their reading and mathematics skills.
